- $100 per ticket (Only 300 Tickets will be sold)
- 1st Prize- $5,000
- 2nd Prize- $3,000
- 3rd Prize- $2,000
- You do not need to be present to win.
- There will be additional prize drawings for those in attendance at the meeting who purchase Raffle tickets!
- Raffle tickets are sent via email once purchased.

Associate Booth Rental
Booth Rental: $500 (Does not include dinner ticket.)
Sponsorships are available:
- Dinner: $2500 (Limited to 2)
All dinner sponsorships include 4 dinner tickets per sponsorship. - Meeting and Trade Show: $2500 (Limited to 2)
Includes a one-hour Education Room - Education Room (1-Hour spot): $750 (Limited to 4)

RESERVATIONS/CUT-OFF DATE FOR DISCOUNTED RATE:

Additional Hotel Information
• Standard Guest Room Rate is $159.00, per night without breakfast.
• Deluxe King and Deluxe Double Queen Guest Room Rate is $179.00, per night without
breakfast.
• Pure King and Pure Double Queen Guest Room Rate is $199.00, per night without breakfast.
• Pricing is based upon single/double occupancy. Additional occupants in a guestroom are at the rate of $10.00 per person.
• Guestroom, inclusive of services, but subject to applicable state and local taxes and surcharges
• Individual guests are responsible for cancelling their own reservation (s) 48 hours prior to their
arrival without penalty.
• Full breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant, Zachariah’s for $21.95 per person. Subject to applicable 20% service charge and MA meal taxes.
